I bought a home in Atkins with Ted Stiles as the agent. The experience was a good one and I was able to get a house that matched my criteria. My agent always, to my knowledge, responded quickly to my inquiries and was quick to get done what he said he would do. The other staff when I went to the office were professional and helpful. They would also get paperwork and answer questions fairly quickly. My agent was very knowledgeable about the process and, considering that I was probably to cheapest buyer this year, spent a significant amount of time doing research and making phone calls for me. I recommend this agency for any other buyers looking in the area.

I'm typically not one to relay my opinion on any particular venue, but this realty company is by the worst i've ever come across. They are quick to take rent, but no matter how many times you call upon them, the answer is "I have to talk to my manager, let me call you back," and not ONCE did they ever call back. It's been over two months since we moved out, and they still are unable to give us an answer on the return of the deposit, despite calling them once a week for the past month. They seem to have no internal communication whatsoever. Renters beware

We rented a duplex for 6 months. Seemed alright at first but I anything doesn’t work do NOT expect them to fix it. Our heater went out in the coldest part of winter it took a MONTH for an HVAC guy to come out and when he did he said he was aware of the problem and they wouldn’t pay to fix it and he’d try to get us a window unit. Every time I tried to call atleast twice a week the answer I got was ‘I need to talk to the HVAC guy I’ll call you back’ and it NEVER happened! We moved out after 6 months because I’ll be damned if my girls have to sleep under SEVERAL blankets just because they’re lazy!! NEVER renting from this company AGAIN! I’m surprised they’re still in business!

We’re 4 months into a 6 month lease. We love our 2 bedroom apartment, even though it’s an older building and isn’t great on energy efficiency. The biggest problem is that our dishwasher has NEVER worked. After a few calls they finally sent someone, but all he did was verify that it’s not operational, he didn’t FIX anything! Now the past two times I’ve called, they tell me he says he fixed it, they’ve already paid him, and “we’ll get back to you” never happens.
