As both an employee of the company and someone who has gone through the process of both helping list and sell a home, I must say that Legacy is phenomenal at what it does. Some customers are quick to blame their real estate agents when there are uncontrollable problems in the closing process, but I see what goes on from the inside. I know that these are very respectable, honest agents that do everything they can for who they represent.

Amazing! Pat Smith was our realtor and she went above and beyond for us. After the first day of looking at houses she knew what we were looking for and spent days showing us places until we found exactly what we wanted. We were making a big out of state move and she made everything so easy. She stayed in contact with us constantly and updated us on everything we needed to do. We are first time home buyers and this was so helpful. We felt very informed and the whole process was great. She was a rock star and if you are buying a home in Arkansas, I highly recommend you call Pat.

We had to move in somewhere, and somewhere quick. We unfortunately did not do our homework before agreeing to lease with Advantage Property Management. We had to call for maintenance about 8-9 times throughout our 11 month stay. We would call the office and be on hold for so long that it would hang up. The air conditioning went out twice, both times it not being fixed for two whole days. Both times I was instructed to stay inside the 90 degree and above apartment to wait for three separate workers who each told me that the air conditioner needed to be replaced entirely, but APM needed to save money by replacing parts within the old, dilapidated unit. This was an obvious clue that APM cares more about saving money than actually caring about their tenants.
I've worked in retail and customer service for most of my adult life, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt for the first few months, but the longer I dealt with APM, the more I realized this company has no idea what they are doing and their tenants are NOT their first priority.
In the new place we've moved in, I called and had to talk to the customer service representative about an issue, and had a nice conversation. It was resolved within the next few hours, and I realized how happy I was that it was possible for a company to properly take care of their tenants.
I am not much of a complainer, but if there is anything I can say or do to advise against renting with APM, I would love to buy you a coffee and sit down and explain in further detail.

Absolutely horrible service from advantage property management. Have had a leak for 4 months that has not been fixed and they refuse to reimburse my roomates and I for the monthly water overages. If I could give legacy realty and advantage property a negative star rating I would.

Wife and I purchased our first home through Legacy, it was an absolute joy working with Mark Burrier and his team. Not sure why others state "Shady", as our experience was nothing less than five star. I think those individuals many not have understood the various law and processes that realtors have to abide by, as it seems like ranting. My suggestion: you meet Mark and his team for yourself prior to drawing any conclusions, if your experience is anything like Erin and I's you will be far more than satisfied with services rendered.
