Karen Thornton was an amazing agent! We put a contract on the first home she showed us on open house. We were out bidon that home. She was very positive and did two more showings and put a contract on that home! She knew exactly what we wanted and worked very closely with us until the closing Was finished! Very professional and went the second mile! We have bought and sold many homes in several States and she was the best !!

I recently completed the sale of a house in North Little Rock. What at first seemed a quick sale rapidly turned into a difficult experience with the buyer making multiple complicated requests on the inspection report. My Realtor, Clarice Schellinger, advised me every step of the way, arranging for third party opinions when necessary and always looked out for my best interests. That we actually closed is a testament to her knowledge and experience. I recommend her and her colleagues highly.

My wife and I recently moved from Sherwood and put our house up for rent. We did extensive research on local property managers and landed on Kristine with Michele Phillips for a few reasons. Namely, we discovered other property managers did not accompany prospective tenants to their clients' properties. Kristine runs a very professional and organized screening process and ALWAYS accompanies prospective tenants to the properties. Additionally, while our house was vacant, we ran into some small maintenance issues and Kristine came to our house on a number of occasions to fix it temporarily until a contractor could make it to the house. All the while, she kept us in the loop from hundreds of miles away. Shortly thereafter, she found exemplary tenants for our home. We were admittedly nervous to have strangers living in our home, but Kristine has put us at ease, and we can't imagine trusting anyone else with our home!

Renting with Michele Phillips has been a great experience! They are on top of any issue that comes up and take care of it almost immediately. They cover faucets in the winter, change air filters out frequently and make sure everything in the house is in working order. We’ve never had such a great property management system before. We will be buying a house at the end of our lease, but I’m going to recommend MP to anyone looking to rent!
