Bill and Kathy were amazing in helping us to find and purchase our first home. This review is about a year late . . . last year at this time Bill showed us more than 10 homes over a holiday weekend as we were in from out of town. He is impressively knowledgeable about just about everything you could imagine about home ownership. We ended up in a bidding war over our house and instead of being worried, we got to enjoy the excitement because Bill was ON IT. We really lucked out by choosing the Tobey Team!  Kathy helped us close and couldn't have been more helpful or sweet.  We ran into several of issues along the way but the Tobey Team smoothed everyone of them over and helped us move into a home of our dreams (sappy but true!).  Choose the Tobey Team, I promise you will not regret it!
