McDaniel and Company Realtors

I want to warn everyone not to use Mcdaniel realty. Nick Mcdaniel is a compulsive liar, does not listen to any of your wishes or concerns, does not update you on anything, he always was late and had the "flu" at least 3 times in the 2 months we worked with him. We had to fire him from finding us a house because he would never schedule us to see houses, he would make excuse after excuse about why we shouldn't see them. We just let him sell our house, but that was a big mistake! The morning of our closing luke went to the house to get some last thing and for us to clean and the new buyers were there tearing down walls, cleaning, and moved all our stuff to the garage. We were not suppose to be out until midnight that same day, but nick gave them authorization before even speaking to us. Technically the property was still ours at this point. We have not seen his face since our first complaint a month and half ago. He is a horrible person that only wants money!
