As a little girl, I was always the kid waiting to lick the bowl when my mom made a fresh batch of cookie dough. That never changed, as I always craved that fantastic, creamy, crunchy batter. Of course, we have all heard it’s not safe to “lick the bowl”—UNTIL NOW! With a few deletions (no eggs) and heat-treated flour, there’s a way to get that craving completely satisfied!
