Insomnia Cookies

When I went by the payment system was down, so it was a little bit weird. But we were able to order online and get out order within about 10 minutes it was all good! The cookies were so warm and delicious. They had two cookie sandwiches. They were both amazing!

Nice little dessert shop, for cookies and ice cream. Staff was super friendly and made us feel welcome. Great tasting soft and moist cookies. Ice cream is fresh as well. Nice portions for the cookies and ice cream sandwiches.

ZERO STARS!! Horrible Experience and awful customer service. The store is seriously lacking basic leadership. We waited over 40 minutes. Several people waited in line and left. There were three employees on staff but all of them were in the back of the store during most of our wait time. No one made a point to acknowledge us or the wait time. We finally decided to leave when one of the employees was seen scooping ice cream with his pants sagging, underwear hanging out and a shirt that wrapped around his hands that was visibly unsanitary. Went to another location close by and was promptly serviced. What made it so bad was we saw other customers there who were also waiting in line from this store. I DO NOT recommend this location and WILL NOT ever come back.

Cookies were good, but the cleanliness and staff need some work. The ice cream case has alot of debris and needs to be cleaned. It's right in the customers view. The staff was in the back talking when we entered, I waited in the view of them but they didn't notice we were in there so some time. The young lady was nice but the guys were not. I enjoyed the cookies so I will try another location.

Delicious cookies, and very easy to set up delivery. I sent to my son in a dorm. Easy to input instructions and his phone number so he could meet driver. Perfect delivery and scrumptious treat!

After being told I would get cookies in 20-30 minutes, it took two hours and 3 phone calls, each time I was told the driver was a few minutes away. The final time I called to ask for a refund, I waited 10 mins just speak with manager to get money back. The music was so loud I could barely understand, and at that point I was frustrated, and 2 hrs wasted, I barely wanted to bother with the $20 it cost for 6 cookies.

The cookies were really bland and wasn’t worth the hype nor price. I wouldn’t recommend to my friends. Customer service was great but other than that, I would tell you to spend your money somewhere else.

A favorite place of mine. This is walking distance from my old home. Thank God it didn’t exists while I lived there. Absolutely delicious every time. Hot, moist cookies with delicious ice cream make for an amazing midnight snack. Just do it! Eat one for me too...

Cookies are $1.70 each. They also have ice creams and sell cookie wichs with ice cream in the middle. Not cheap and not super nice but the cookies are really good and they deliver until 3am. My cookie were warm when I walked out of the store. No seats to sit down and there is a line if you come after a show let’s out across the street. I would definitely here again.

Called at 11:02pm to this Briarcliff location on Saturday, September 24th inquiring about an order that had been placed almost 1 and a half hours prior. The girl that answered was one of the RUDEST I’ve ever spoken to and extremely unhelpful. I am never ordering from them again after this interaction. Insomnia cookies has gone so downhill. They used to be awesome it’s sad :/
