Batteries Plus Bulbs is the spot for finding any batteries that you need or want. Especially if you are a film photographer. They have you covered. Knowledge of the employees was a little tough, but these seem to be newer. Old head I’ve talked to before knows what’s up. But if you know what you are looking for, you will be good to go!

This is “the” spot for batteries for sure. Very knowledgeable, friendly and diligent. I needed a car battery replaced. They had a few options to choose from and charged a very reasonable fee for installing it right away. Highly recommend. I also had previously an iPhone battery replaced here and had a very good experience as well.

Long story short, my warranty replacement car battery was confirmed out of stock, which took months to come back in stock. With no notification my battery is available for pick up, time went by and it became "cored" which is returned back to store inventory without any credit back to customer. Is it the customers job to keep contacting the store to check if their warrantied replacement product is available? UPDATE: Management called me couple days later realizing I had purchased a new battery although my warranty replacement was supposed to be free once its back in stock. So a refund was offered with an apology. To be able to take the time and effort to fix an error in the past shows this place really does care for customer satisfaction. Worst experience at this shop. I purchased the battery on-line. The message on their website is cryptic. They advertise free installation. When you go to the shop, they ask for $24 for installation. To apply grease/spray lubricant to the terminal so that the terminal does not corrode, they asked for another $5. I would never go this shop again.

This is a great place when you want to recycle batteries or fluorescent bulbs. Even better when you want to buy a battery or need help with a specific kind of bulb. I've used it for situations where a specific battery was hard to find and again when I needed help finding an adapter for a vintage light bulb. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I also saw a sign in the store that said they fixed cell phone screens. Plus there's parking right behind the store.

Got the best customer service from Manny González and Gilbert. They had what I was looking for never expected them to have it. I went every where,Best Buy’s Walmart auto zone. I will most like be returning for products and the SERVICE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Had the phone batteries I needed. The store is full of all kinds of batteries. Very helpful young man and associate.

I bought a AGM battery for my 2003 BMW , From the San Jose location....My car sat for 19 days and the battery went dead , I took the battery In the car the store and salesman wouldn't honor the warranty, He sold be a charger and said it would repair the battery. I went back 2 weeks later and again wouldn't honor the 4 yr warranty that I was only 1 yr into. He had from what I was told the owner of the store come out. The owner also wouldn't honor my warranty from the battery purchased from this same location 1 yr prior. He offered me a loaner battery and said he would contact me once my battery went though the proper repair cycle and was charged. I never heard back from them at all. Prior to this I purchased at least 5 other car batteries from this same store. Horrible service and I'll never do business with this store again. When you have a customer that has purchased multiple batteries with you over the years....he or she is a valued customer, I didn't feel that way after my last trip there to that store. Also because of their negligence the same car caught fire from the battery area while on the highway. I'll purchase my batteries from Napa Auto or Costco from now on. Much better customer service and they actully honor their warranties.
