Batteries Plus Bulbs

I got ripped off today, I was in a hurry and wanted to change my car key battery, the guy charge me $15 and took my key to another room, he come back less than 30 seconds and said he change it, he didn't actually do anything because I still have the same problem with the key later on. I lost $15, i hope he's happy he ripped me off, I won't be making the same mistake anymore, next time I change my car key battery they'll have to show me the new key battery and do it in front of me.

My first visit at this store. Prior to going I called and spoke with Zack. I asked if they replace battery for iPhone SE, 1ST GEN. He said they have couple of them available. He said I can come over to the store and they would be happy to help. When I arrived at the store Lance assisted me.. He was very professional and very helpful. He also answered all the questions I had prior to replacement of battery. My concern was that my iPhone is quite old, but performs well and in good condition. And I did not want to spend the money on battery replacement if my phone goes out due to its age. But I also did not want to buy a new phone if I didn't have to. He nswered all the questions I had prior to making the final decision in replacement of battery. The service was very quick and I did not even have an appointment. I also saved $10 as Lance has honored it even though it was not an order online. Thank you Lance and Zack for an excellent customer service! I truly appreciate it. I highly recommend this place.

Bought a battery for my car online and they installed it when I arrived. Very friendly.

I placed an online order for pickup. When I went to pick it up, I was forced to wait in line behind customers being helped in the store when I could've easily been handed my order convenience and speed but instead I had to wait for the service rep to try to fix another customers phone. The whole reason to place orders online for pickup is convenience and speed which I got neither. You might want to make it easier for online orderers to get their order in a separate line.

Staff was well versed about their inventory, and very helpful. Made it so easy to find odd batteries I needed. Loved the actual customer service.

This is honestly the best service I have had in an age. It was a great price changing an iPhone battery and very quick. The big difference was the people who were polite, kind and engaging. I would thoroughly recommend them and I will certainly go back in the future.

When I dropped my iPhone and the screen cracked, my friend recommended Batteries Plus for repair. I made the appointment online and was very impressed with the bright and clean store. The employee served me while behind a plastic barrier. My screen was repaired when expected, and I also bought a new Otter box case. Since I made the appointment online, I saved $10. My other option had been to go to the Apple store quite a distance away and I would have paid much more and probably experienced a crowd. I am 80 years old and this was my first time to visit an actual store since early March. I was impressed with Batteries Plus and would highly recommend their services.

Batteries Plus Bulbs did a great job replacing a watch battery for me today. Done in a few minutes by a knowledgeable tech with friendly service. While there I found out they have key fobs for most cars, sounds like my next visit is closer than I thought.
