Sears Appliance Repair

After reading reviews I believe I dodged a bullet, mine was a simple situation, google listed them as a place to buy parts. Suprise.. they do not sell parts. Owner seems well versed with damage mitigation all be it a seeming standard reply to all that I read.

The technician was competent and on time. He worked efficiently and was always pleasant.<div class="JRGY0

If I could give no stars I would. I have been bumped 3 times for an oven repair. Sears doesn’t care about you. They don’t make you a priority when they make an error. Have been waiting for oven repair since May. Don’t shop at Sears. Don’t use their repair service.

Bought Kenmore refrigerator May of 2018. Warranty good till May 2021. Called for repair appointment...17 days wait. Told them I have groceries going bad...moved to new emergency priority list....22 days away. Outsourced customer service, can’t understand operator.
