What a joke this place is - here’s some detail below that will help anyone considering using these guys. Quoted 5 hours of work plus almost 30% higher mark up from multiple other dealers in Atlanta area. The next shop did the repair, which it didn’t even need to be replaced, only cleaned and resealed properly in less than 2 hours and didn’t need a new part. Absolute ripoff. Have used these guys in the past not knowing that they have audacity to rip people off this way. Easy to do when they see the $$$ of car you drive. I've been coming here for over 20 years. They are friendly, professional and always charge a fair price. This independent shop is the best in Atlanta for BMW service.

Giving a review from mid-May, 2022. Corey and his team did a great job of giving me the honest diagnostic on a car that had work done by a competitor, also on Howell Mill Rd. Contrary to the competitor, Corey was up front and honest and a pleasure to deal with as we determined it was not worth the money to try and repair the car that was not fixed by the aforementioned competitor. I had 1 ignition coil replaced on my BMW at Bavarian Auto off Howell Mill. A previous ignition coil replacement at my preferred German auto shop charged me for 1 hour of labor. At Bavarian, they charged me for 3 hours of labor for a task that only takes an hour!! When asked why I was being billed for 3 hours of labor, I was told that it was decided by the shop manager. Sad to say, I couldn't get a fair answer and will not be coming back to this shop. Good luck to everyone who decides to go here. Hopefully you are treated more fair than I was.Service: Engine repair

One of the best BMW shops I've worked with. My 328i needed major work; Corey kept me posted every day with a status and gave me an accurate and fair breakdown of the work needed as well as a 24k/2yr warranty on the work. The work was completed thoroughly and quickly and even assisted me with a oil change, took care of my alignment and had the car washed prior to pick up. Highly knowledgeable and experienced crew, if your BMW is not under Dealership warranty and/or you are a BMW enthusiast this is the place to go in town. Thanks guys. Joey

I've been taking my cars to Bavarian Imports for 3 years now and I'm always impressed with their service. Whether it be an oil change or replacing a cooling system, they're fair and treat you with respect. I'm very particular about my cars and I never find a flaw or detail missed after their work. Mike is a great guy and his genuine kindness trickles down to each member of his team. If you're the kind of person who really cares about your car, know that it will be in good hands at Bavarian.

My husband and I sent our car here on June 11th for a diagnostic for a battery drain and to have the water run off channels cleared which was not done. Mario and his team weren’t able to determine what the issue with the battery was, so we had the car picked up. However, the car was missing the entire gear shift lever and console. When this was brought up to the shop management their response to ask if the gear shift lever was there when the car was dropped off. Of course it was there!! All that we can surmise is that the part was taken off and misplaced by someone at the shop, OR that the part was stolen by someone at the shop. We requested that the shop make amends by finding a used replacement part but were basically blown off. No reimbursement, nothing. We are extremely disappointed and upset by the fact that the shop management ignored the issue and didn’t even attempt to resolve the problem. I can’t recommend this place with confidence to anyone.
