This is my 5th car purchase through Baxter and every time it goes seamlessly and smooth! I live out-of-state, but prefer to purchase my cars from Baxter due to their excellent customer service. Jason, made my new purchase enjoyable and stress free. He was always there to answer questions and was timely with his responses. Sasha, was excellent to work with from the financial department as well. She is very knowledgeable and provides honest feedback. I appreciate this team so much! Thank you all!

The staff at Baxter made the normally stressful experience of buying a car so easy! I live out of town and had contacted Baxter through another site and Shiv Patel got back to me immediately and helped me with pretty much everything via email so things were ready to roll when I got to town over the weekend! Shiv was great to work with an so knowledgeable about the car and process. Stacy with finance helped us with everything related to that and she was amazing as well. Both were very down to earth and easy to talk to as well as accommodating to anything I needed and went out of their way to make sure I got the car I wanted for the money I wanted to spend. I truly cannot thank them enough and I don’t think I will buy my next carsfrom anywhere else!

We live out of town and have purchased several cars from Baxter over the years and have never had an issue. We just purchased a vehicle in July and have only driven it around our town. Not even having it for a month we noticed an issue and took it to our town's local dealership. One thing turned into a few other things and turns out there's around $4,800 dollars worth of some repairs that need to be taken care of. What kind of inspection do these cars go through? The items that need repairs I think and our local dealership that looked at it also thinks these repairs should have been caught from its over all inspection before this car was sold to us. I can see things happening down the road as time goes on and repairing things but not right out the gate of purchasing this vehicle.

While traveling, my 2020 Jeep GC A/C stopped working. Other dealers either did not have the part or could not replace it in a timely manner. Baxter Auto had the part, listened to my situation and offered to try to squeeze it in. Baxter Auto in Omaha, NE diagnosed, replaced the bad part and got me on my way to FL. Thank you Randy and Brandon! Top notch people doing excellent work!

Tristen gets it done for my family and I every single time!! This most recent trip we worked with Collin as well who was kind enough to send me all of the necessary docs needed prior to coming out to the dealership, therefore, once we arrived the process only took an hour! Carl in Finance is also a star player in the process. I’ve been doing business with Baxter on Burt Street for years. Highly recommend!

The entire staff at Baxter Saburu deserve a 5 star rating. My salesperson, Elijah, answered every question & worked to get the sale; Steve Sharp did a great job explaining all the paperwork and also provided critical information for me after the sale on my previous car; Jim Schall patiently walked me through the details of the car 2 weeks after the sale which was much needed. Today I purchased all weather mats & asked a service person to show me the locking system on the car doors. He was cheerful - helpful and friendly, as were all the people I've met at Baxter. Really excellent helpful and sincerely friendly people there!

Great place, but I will never pay 120.00 for oil change and tire rotation again. I will change oil myself and have Jenses tire rotate. .

I cannot speak highly enough of Baxter Subaru La Vista. I had an extraordinary experience throughout my entire vehicle search, trade-in and purchase. Everyone was invested in me finding my next vehicle and setting me up with exactly what I was looking for. Brent McCoid kicked off the experience with the most warm welcome and tour of the lot and Wil VanderKallen continued the positive experience through test drives and our decision making. Wil was so personable and had us laughing through the whole process. I would happily recommend Wil to all my friends and family looking for their next vehicle. Lastly, I’d like to give a shout out to Christian, who walked us through all the warranty and add-on information in the most user-friendly way, making me very comfortable in making informed decisions.

Had a great experience buying a new car over the weekend. Rich S. was very helpful and kind. He came right over and introduced himself when he saw that no one was helping me and offered me a beverage. When it came time to wheel and dealing, i was upfront with what i wanted and he made sure to get me that deal. Not only that, it was a very busy day and he knew i didn't have all afternoon to waste on buying a car, he did everything in his power to get things rolling and got me into my new car as fast as he could. Jon York helped us find the perfect car for our daughter. It was in our price range and had all the qualities important to us. Jon carefully picked out cars he thought would appeal to us, drove them before we got there, and was very informed on out each one. We will definitely be back when we need another car.
