After working with several different therapist at another facility. I finally found someone at Baystate community services that is excellent and the people that work there as well (Kim), I have always been treated with respect. They always respect the HIPAA laws .But I can't say enough about my therapist (Maria).The gains I have made have probably saved me,no joke! And today expecially, 2 years sobriety today and a light at the end of the tunnel.If you're looking for help I highly recommend this place. *(Update still going there now over 4 years sobriety and almost sane.) Almost!

Well, I had been going to bay state for about 13 yrs at least, very unfair, they dont think about your feelings or what's going on in your persanal life, I missed a app. With Dr. Brown, cause of the last snow storm I called, so they terminated me. Go somewhere else this place Sucks and thats putting it lightly, their ridiculous.
