Leaving another review, breakfast this morning was really good. There was: bacon, eggs, biscuits, pancake maker, cereal, etc. once again VERY CLEAN and staff working on breakfast was very nice and working hard to keep breakfast coming. Very happy energy in the room at breakfast this hotel has the best staff who make you feel like you’re on vacation. Slept so good last night bed is super comfortable. And the whole hotel smells good and fresh.
Overall the hotel was clean, quiet, and looked nice inside and out. It's easy to tell that it was built within the last few years. Whomever picked the wallpaper for the elevator needs to be fired. Both myself and the person i was with were horribly uncomfortable riding in that elevator thanks to the design on all three walls. Almost threw me into a panic attack. We stayed on the 3rd floor and opted to just take the stairs. Also I'm out room the only running water was the tub. The sink produced only a low-pressured dribble of water. Based on the appearance and cleanliness alone I'd probably stay again if I had to. But the anxiety-inducing decor/designs and a bust sink sets this hotel in a "Last Resort" list
The room was clean and beds were comfortable so I give it 2 stars for that. We asked for water upon check in and were denied. My child needed milk there was none. There are holes that need to be patched in the walls. The towel hanger fell off and barely missed hitting my 18 month old in the head. I tried using the phone to call another room. The front desk lady said the phones don't always work. The breakfast is awful and apple juice was sour. We will not be staying here again. We normally stay with Marriott it is much cheaper and way better quality.
Everything was sparkling clean throughout the property out front, foyer, pool and room. When we entered the room my wife’s first comment was how nice it smelled. Breakfast was complete pancakes, eggs, sausage, delicious biscuits, beagles, toast, oatmeal, 3 different flavors of yogurt, 3 cereals- Raisin Bran, corn flakes, and fruit loops - both whole milk and 2%, lots of hot coffee - both regular and decaf. Everything fresh and delicious. There were 3 different kinds of individually sealed muffins chocolate chip, banana and blueberry. Great breakfast. Room had a nice refrigerator/freezer, microwave, blow dryer, good black out curtains, coffee maker and direct tv. Blow dryer in the bathroom. Friendly staff. Excellent stay.
Gave 4 stars instead of 5 because the breakfast was not very good and we have stayed at tons of comfort inns so I have lots of experience to judge it by. Other than that the hotel is great. The room was very clean and the bed is super comfortable. All smelled fresh. The staff was all friendly and helpful. We would stay here again even though the food could have easily been improved with just a little effort.
I called four weeks before I was due to be there to ask for an infant crib, and they said we will make a note of it no problem. I arrive after a 7 hour drive with an infant and I’m told they have no cribs. The front desk man was extremely rude and telling me I was s*** out of luck and there was nothing he could do. Couldn’t even refund me so I could find a hotel with a crib. So I had to put an infant in an unsafe sleeping situation because of this mess. Don’t tell people you have cribs if you don’t!!!
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, the advertising showed a nice hotel but when we got there it was the worst Country Inn I’ve seen. The building was old and it showed, the sheets were stained, the floor was gross on my feet and the room smelled. We did not stay we canceled and went to another hotelRooms: 1/5
Staff wasn't very friendly. They weren't rude but did seem glad we were there. Rooms were okRooms: 4/5
Stay away!!! They stole information and charged my card up to 6 times, up to $900. Now trying to file a claim. Can’t believe people out there in the world like this, put me in such a bind. Shame on you all!Rooms: 1/5
Not the best place to stay. At all. Came in for a business trip and was pretty surprised at the condition of the room. Lobby was nice, but a bit of lipstick on the proverbial pig. My room door didn’t have a swing lock; well, at some point it did but was apparently kicked in. Might have been easy to replace that but the owner must have decided against that idea. The ADA grab bar in the shower was also at some point ripped off the wall. I learned that when the metal cover fell off. And the worst thing; and I didn’t see this till the morning when I grabbed the ironing board - a past customer tossed a baby diaper up on the shelf. Good lord. Not a new, folded one. Boy I wish. No. This was a used one. All night I wondered what the smell was. They had no problem changing my room for the second night.
