BB&T

Bad service. 7 days hold for local check from my business. Unbelievable. All BBT the same. I will change my bank.

This is a fantastic branch. I had an issue with a check deposit and they fixed in minutes. I’ve been with BB&T since High school and they’ve always had great customer service.

BB&T is Different! If you are used to Big Banking & Fully Automated Banks that you never get to see a person, BB & T isn't for you. BB&T is like Cheers were Everyone Knows Your Name. It's my favorite bank. Believe me you everyone does.

Decent service. Madison is super thick

Went to this bank first time and it will be my last. They make you feel little !! I am glad will not have to deal with them again. HORRIBLE

The Worst customer service , I just opened a account 2 days ago and I'm closing it already , really bad service none of tellers or employees have knowledge on how to handle accounts , I hope you guys go bankrupt! Never trust your money with this Bank especially this Location.
