The manager at this branch thinks she owns the bank, she is very disrespectful and threat, insult customers… she stops the line every time people come in and say the bank is running out of cash… she be harassing the new teller by not working but standing behind her the whole time she is working… you can even sense the uncomfortableness in the new teller- customer service zero star
Went to close bank account and they will not give me a customary cashiers check. People here don't know any banking acumen and courtesy. I stepped out and called WF customer service and they will send me a check. What a waste this branch is.
Went to this location today, I was a bit apprehensive as Banks in business districts are usually not the most helpful or friendly. I was presently surprised from the moment I walk in. I walked in and was instantly greeted and welcomed by Katrin Stone. She helped me with a document and I was on my way in minutes. Great idea having such a helpful and pleasant person desk near the door!
it is impossible to get through to an officer of the bank to clarify a fraud issue. People on the help line are limited in what they will tell you. it is extremely frustrating to try to reach anyone at a senior level

Worst Wells Fargo branch. The personal banker named katrin stone ignored me and served someone else who came after me just because she might knew that client. She dint even asked who was first as other Wells Fargo branches usually do. Really upset with the experience. After making me wait for 40 minutes she came and said system is down. Done banking with wells Fargo after this terrible experience.
Worst Wells Fargo Branch in Atlanta. Waited in line over 30mins. To be told system is down. The tellers at this location feel as though the money is their personal money. Was told "you took all my money!" I have banked with Wells Fargo for many years. Subpar Service. Not acceptable. Branch needs to be audited and accountability to fur fill the fiduciary responsibilities.
The worst service i have ever had with Wellsfargo. I wanted to deposit my Checks they kept asking me where did I get them ?who I work for ? I told them I May have deposited one of the checks using mobile deposit but I’m not sure which one. They finally rejected me to deposit my checks. I’m thinking to close my account with Wellsfargo now .
Katrin Stone was incredibly helpful and great to work with! I got all of my banking needs taken care of quickly and professionally.
