The absolute worst. Ordered what they called "satin wired ribbon" and it was see-through cheap ribbon; not satin at all. Satin is solid, opaque color, silky, beautiful. This was see-through, hard, cheap and ugly. False advertising must be their strong suit. And when I contacted customer service, they argued with me. See the photos. BUYER BEWARE!!!! To add even more to this, they have the worst return policy. They take a 20% restocking fee and make you pay for postage. Additionally, they can refuse returned or defective merchandise at their discretion. So much for customer service. If you use this company, just set your expectations super low and you'll be fine. But in all seriousness: PLEASE GO ELSEWHERE. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED.
Placed an order and got confirmation that they received it. No word on the order for a week. Contacted customer service to ask about it via the chat box on the website and no one responded after an HOUR. Finally just entered my email in the section that would place my question in a queue. No sooner did I do that I received an email with a tracking number but no response from anyone, not even a sorry it took so long to process your order. Then they decided to ship it using FedEx Smart Post, which I swear a FedEx employee must have walked it from the warehouse to my town because it took almost 2 weeks to get to me and tracking showed it literally moving by a state a day That's on FedEx not BB. I can understand if my order was accidentally skipped or there was an issue in the warehouse but to not even offer an explanation or a simple "sorry" is unacceptable. They could have at least upgraded my shipping to the next level so I could get the items a little sooner. The 6 spools of ribbon I ordered did arrive but too late for what I needed them for. I have no complaints about the products, they are exactly as expected.
Very disappointed with BBCrafts. I have been a customer since 2011, I am not sure if ownership has changed over this time or if their service and quality has just tanked, but it is just terrible. I used to love this company, they had a great selection, orders shipped fast, great prices and it used to be that they took care of issues that came up. As of the past 3 years or so, it has all changed. Items have been discontinued, so selection is nowhere where it used to be. Ribbons that I ordered for years were replaced with alternates that were totally off in color. BBCrafts will not send swatches to ensure you order the correct ribbons and to make that worse, if you are unhappy with your ribbon, they will charge you the return shipping fee AND a restocking fee. I ultimately found a new ribbon company because I was fed up, but due to the higher prices, I decided I would give BBCrafts another try. Bad decision. My order was delivered yesterday to my previous address. I had updated my info on the website after I moved, prior to placing my order. Apparently there was a glitch of some sort and it was sent to the previous address. BBCrafts just does not put customers first. I have to fill out forms, pay to get the package rerouted to me ***IF*** FedEX is able to retrieve it. They have zero compassion for customers and put their bottom line first. Terrible way to run a business. I don't see them lasting long if they don't make some changes.
WARNING!!! Return policy is sub-par. You have 15 days to return AND you have to pay a 20% restocking fee. I ordered $75 dollars worth of product 25 days ago. Some of the colors are not the same as pictured and I didn't need the remaining deco mesh items. Also, shipping was very slow.
As we speak. I'm am trying to receive my refund for an error that was not done on my part. Initally when I made my purchase, I put my P.O. Box as a form of address which screwed all this up. FedEx in Otay, Ca which will get their review next for lying took my information wrong, address was missing a number. They then returned to sender. Once again not my fault. I order 175.00 worth of ribbon. And so far have been refunded a total amount of...drum rollllllll, 33.00. Does this sound remotely fair? Also you never deal with someone personally which is horrible. Be prepared to do live chat when dealing with company. Also never received email confirmation of the packaged being return or what kind refund was being processed. Had to find out when I logged on to my online banking. Horrible!!
This is the same company as Tulle Shop and Fuzzy Fabric. They have terrible reviews, they probably just change names to avoid the bad reviews that pile up. Here's an idea, why don't you just fix your terrible service and you wont have to change names.... just an idea. This company shorted me 8 rolls of my order. Once they asked me a few questions and had me send them a picture of the box that showed they couldnt possible have fit one more roll in the box and it was 8 rolls short, they stopped responding. I was charged 18.70 for standard shipping 4 to 8 business days and my packaged arrived ten days after I placed my order. Upon inspection of the package, one entire spool of tulle was missing and the "coral" color I ordered is almost a neon pink fuchsia color. When u called about the missing item I was told they cannot help me over the phone and I have to send an email. as fat as the missing spool goes they wrote back that they would ship the item shortly. as far as the wrong color tthe item number did not match the invoice , o was told that the fuchsia pink I'd in fact their coral and if I so choose I have 15 days to make an exchange. Bottom line... I will not shop here again. I used this site as it was recommended by a friend but the quality is mediocre and the service is terrible. You get what you pay for. Never again!
DON'T DO IT!!! I am not one to leave negative feedback ever, however this company is terrible! Not only did they wait 10 days before shipping the eta for the item ordered was past the day of venue needed. When notified that I would be sending it back she was of no help refused to issue a credit back to my card wants me to pay a restocking fee and return shipping! Oh I think not I will be notifying my bank and filing a formal complaint with the BBB about this poor excuse of a "company"
I ordered a large ribbon quantity from BB Crafts, only to find my order took over a week to process and then another 8-10 days to ship. When calling to check the status of my order, it was delayed due to an item being out of stock that was NEVER communicated. I was on a deadline to receive the product. No refunds or discounts were given on shipping. Basically -- except longer processing times and expensive shipping with a strict cancellation policy.
I LOST MONEY USING THIS COMPANY! I ordered 40 rolls of ribbon which was of horrible quality and I could not use it. I paid an outrageous amount for shipping also. I returned 38 rolls, which I had to pay shipping AGAIN to return the horrible ribbon AND they wanted to charge me another 20% to restock the ribbon. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!
