The Ontario store has amazing staff. With each visit we are greeted with genuine kindness. We bought 7 bridesmaids dresses and two flower girl dresses. Plus multiple accessories! Today we bought the MOB dress. Everyone is friendly and attentive and helpful. We love the fun personalities and happiness every time. Never a bad time when we are there! Thank you for spreading joy and happiness.

We came here with my sister to try on wedding, bridesmaid, and mother of the bride dresses and we are so happy with our experience here. Dinell was so attentive to our loud and crazy personalities and so much fun to be around. She helped us try on a variety of dresses that suited our body types and both my Mother and sister were able to find their dream dresses. She helped us even hold up all the dresses next to the wedding dress too. Us bridesmaids are close to making our decision and will certainly come back when we're ready! We had a great experience from start to finish!! Online appointment process was simple. They had a printed list of my saved favorites from the website right when we checked in. We had an incredible stylist named Michael who was so helpful and found us the perfect pairings for a veil and belt to go with the dress. We had a large group of 7 people and they had plenty of chairs and room for us to all be there. They had incredible professionalism as well as very friendly and personal connections with myself the bride and my family members, making us all feel very special and seen. Not rushed at all! I would recommend this location to anyone local looking for a wedding dress!
I just said Yes! To the dress. This past weekend, I had a great experience at this David Bridals. Everyone was so pleasant especially Tammy, who assisted me in finding my dress. She went above and beyond. Had a smile on her face and she was willing to help me. Thank you Tammy. I can't wait for my big day.
We had the best experience with Michael!! He helped my best friend find the dress of her dreams! The moment we walked in he greeted us with a smile and worked hard to find the perfect dress for her. He took initiative while at the same time listened to what my bestie wanted. He took great care of her and us as well!! When I get married I’m definitely going to come back and ask for him specifically!! Great job!!
Ana in alterations was absolutely amazing!! I asked for something unique and a bit challenging as it was a dress from a completely different bridal shop and when everyone else told me to simply buy a new dress, Ana took the challenge and pieced together my dream dress! The sleeves were of soft and great quality and the bustle was done in such a cool way it was invisible! A weight has been lifted from my shoulders and as soon as I had my dress on I didn’t want to take it off. Thank you so much Ana!!
I had a fantastic experience here with Victoria as my bridal stylist. My family and I were walk-in appointments and still had prompt, thorough and incredibly kind service. I found my dream dress after a full day of shopping a variety of stores, boutiques etc. well within my budget and even with every detail I'd hoped for. Victoria had an eye for matching accessories too and was able to bring the whole look together like magic. She even provided some compassionate encouragement when I needed it as an anxious bride, and water when my family needed some hydration lol. Would highly recommend visiting this store just for her!
David’s Bridal never disappoints! It’s always a fun experience, especially with sales associates like Michael. He instantly made us feel welcomed, helped me find a dress, and gave me suggestions on how to accessorize. He definitely knows what he’s doing because he brought out a dress that didn’t initially catch my attention, but once I tried it on, it looked beautiful and ultimately ended up being the one I chose to go with. Highly recommend you look for Michael!
