They want you to schedule an appointment to come in, but no one will answer the phone to schedule - it just rings until it automatically disconnects you!
Lobby closed, ATM not working, only ONE TELLER for both personal AND commercial, TOO many other options to choose
This branch is 100% AWFUL. They NEVER return a phone call, and I can never reach my account executive. I tried to move it to an Austin branch with really great people, but Compass has no procedure for that. I am going to move my account, after 26 years, to another bank.
Terrible, customer service is the slowest I have ever seen in banking.
I have been banking here for over ten years and always received excellent service. The staff is incredibly friendly and very eager to help.
Never open on time.
