You would think a bank who robbed customers just a few years ago would have better customer service. 71 minutes to access a safe deposit box with an empty lobby. **Update** Wells decided to reverse an item as “non-negotiable” forty six days after deposit. Good luck as Wells! Frost Bank is the answer for Texans. Not these national “too big to fail” institutions.
Thank you Lisbeth for my experience today. I was cashing a cashier's check made out by my best friend to help me out in hard times and Lisbeth made the process very easy and kind. She made me feel like she was there to help me with anything I needed and didn't tell me anything without her supervisor approving it so that no mistakes were made. Thank you !
My wife and I were having trouble getting the right department in Wells Fargo to help us rectify our loan/property deed discrepancy. Fortunately, we made an appointment with Mr. Damon Benavides. He patiently listened to our problem and then went out of his way calling around. Finally, he got the right department and their fax number, faxed our information over. After one long hour, he gave us the phone number for follow-ups. Mr. Benavides was kind, patient and professional. Wells Fargo is lucky to have an employee as dedicated to customers and bank as Mr. Benavides. Keep up the good work.
Went really quick to get a direct deposit letter from them. Tanyal and Naidine were super friendly and responsive. Loved the quick and efficient service in this branch :

If i could give less than a 1 i would.. I work with one of the top realestate agents in Houston and we work with different banks because we manage several properties. I never have a problem depositing cash anywhere or even checks.yes i said deposit not withdraw Everytime i come here i feel im being descriminated for being hispanic. They always id me and even after i show them my id they refuse to take deposits. My boss came in with the same deposits and they didnt even id her and took them with no questions asked. She even told them they were rasist. We are trying to get the owner to change banks because we are tired of dealing with this behavior. Wells fargo learn customer service from your neighboors you are not the only bank around. So sad...
I seldom visit the premises, as I do most of my Wells transactions online. Recently I had to visit two times, as my mother died and had an account there. I am the executor and had to open an estate account, close her personal account, move the fund to the estate account, and distribute funds to beneficiaries. On both visits, I was immediately greeted by a representative who was knowledgeable and helped me through the transactions.
I went to this branch today for the first time. One of the bankers, Aaron, helped me with all my problems and questions with patience and really fast. He was really polite and friendly. Generally, I am happy with choosing to go this branch and I'll go to this same branch in the future.
Went to use ATM because they were working on the one at Kirby. Tried to put my card in. Said invalid card and to contact my Finacial institution even though it was a Wells Fargo debit card. Seriously considering changing banks.
Absolutely the worst banking establishment in America. Avoid this bank at all cost! They will mislead you into believing that you will be assisted with every problem and then won't do anything about it. And don't even get me started on the app. Its a joke to say the least. The information is never correct and if you should have to contact any of the higher ups they are worse. They are rude and condescending and have no idea how to treat customers. If horrible customer service and highway robbery is your thing then Wells Fargo is the bank for you.
