ATM stole $100 from me, depositing cash into the atm and machine took 5 $100 dollar bills told me it couldn’t read the bills and only spat out 400 back
I’ve had really bad experience moving from BBVA to PNC. The app is not user friendly at all and when I got locked out of the app and went to the office for them to help they said they weren’t able to give me a temporary password through email instead they have to MAIL it. It’s been a week and a half and I still haven’t received it. I don’t have access to my app so I have no clue as to how much I have, if there has been fraud alerts. And all they say is that they can’t help until I get the temporary password through mail. 1 month of change from bbva to PNC and I’m already closing my account and moving to another bank.
Went from BBVA to PNC. the last couple of times I’ve gone after the PNC switch I’m never able to deposit cash through the drive thru. It’s very frustrating because I don’t have time during bank hours to go and deposit with an actual person.
I was very impressed with the branch. Everyone was very friendly, helpful. I opened up my account and everything was very fast and efficient. I would recommend this branch to anyone. The branch manager Carlos was extremely helpful. Knowledgeable. Believe me this bank is right for me. Plus my account is FREE. Something you dont hear of these days. If l could rate them it would be 100%. Great customer service .
Worst bank ever, tried to close an account in July of 2020 was told it would be closed find out today it wasn't closed and has incurred 570 in fees, asked teller to close account teller says no problem and tells me the account is closed I called a few hours later to verify and there were zero notes about it being closed this is unacceptable and no one should have to pay fees to crooks that lie about closing an account, was told on the phone I have to wait 48 hours then call back to make sure they closed my account, this process should have been handled a year ago when I closed it to begin with. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BANK AS THEY WILL DO WHATEVR THEY CAN TO CHARGE YOU FEES EVEN AFTER YOU TRY TO CLOSE THE ACCOUNT.
Customer support is good. That is star #2. Otherwise I find myself continuously frustrated as the atm is literally always freezing or "temporarily offline". It's no wonder there is often a line almost out the door, which really isn't a huge issue for me most days. But I do not understand how after over a year of reporting the issue to corporate it still has yet to be fixed. I think this branch should stop advertising the drive through atm until it works properly again.

This branch is the worst. Go some where else. They are liars, rude and inconsiderate. So many issues here they need new management. Do not waist your time at this location. They are not knowledgeable and will lie just to look right. Craziness...
This bank is a scam! You will get hidden fees for every transaction you make. WARNING DO NOT BANK WITH THEM
