Beach Eye Care

I've been going to the Town Center Holland Rd. Beach Eye Care location for some time now. It's the only place I get eye exams and glasses. They do a number of things very well. The assistants are very thorough and professional; and you don't think you're at a 'glasses mill'. I've had eye exams with several different doctors and they're all good. The universal thing is that they all take the time to explain things to you; and you understand what your eyes are or aren't doing. My eyeglasses professional, Wendy and I've worked with her several times is terrific. I describe what I'm looking for in a frame and she pulls the perfect pair every time. She explains my insurance coverage so well and makes recommendations based on my coverage that have saved me so much money while getting me into better glasses. I depend on my glasses for work video & computer screens and having a really, really good pair helps so much with that task. So I'm very grateful to Wendy for that. And the schedulers are really good too. I've had to ask them to reschedule me on short notice and they've just always came through with a good solution. Taking care of my eyes is extremely important and the team at Beach Eye Care Holland Road make it easier than ever for me.

The eye examination was fast,easy, and detailed. Dr. Summer S. Is great at explaining exactly what was done. The staff works well together with each other and with the patient. The eye wear consultants “Meredith and Leslie “ was absolutely outstanding in helping me pick out the right frame which is just as important as the glasses itself. They will spend as much time as you want to get it right. They take their time with you and give you a lot of information about frames and glasses. I left completely satisfied. Thanks guys for your outstanding service!!

This is an excellent eye and optical practice. Dr. Sayers is great. Very kind and friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend. I trust them with my eye health. Meredith and Wendy in optical are awesome and Sarah at front desk. Everyone was so helpful and nice. We didn’t feel rushed or like just a number. Thanks for caring.

I have been with Beach Eye Care for many years. Recently, I have had multiple issues with the customer service and I had considered getting a new provider. However, Dr. Tang and Wendy recently provided the service and care I was accustomed to from Beach Eye Care. Wendy, who helped me select new glasses was truly Amazing. She followed up with everything she said she would. She presented all my options and clearly explained everything. The attention to detail that Wendy and Dr. Tang provided made me feel that I needed to stay with Beach Eye Care. Thank you Wendy and Dr. Tang!

Just left Beach Eye Care. I had asked the nice young lady that did my eye exam if Dr. Baumgartner still worked there and she said that name sounds familiar but she wasn't sure because she's new to the practice. She said you're seeing Dr. Sayers today and she's sweetheart so your in good hands. Well she was right! Dr. Sayers walks in with a smile and she said hey, how are you doing? Good to see you. She greeted me with such kindness that it put a smile on my face.

My husband has been a patient for years at Beach Eye Care. Because of his occupation as an auto body/car restorer he has emergency needs occasionally. Grinding metal with safety goggles does not always mean100% protection. Today was one of those days when I called to see if there were any openings to check his eye. There was. Dr. Barker was able to take care of the emergency carefully, quickly, and thoroughly and we are greatful! The staff is exceptional from the initial phone call. Thanks Beach Eye Care. You do care.

Wendy ward is amazing. I walked in with no hope of fixing my 4 year olds glasses but she saved me by finding the exact fame to add her lenses to. She was even able order me a new pair because it was under warranty, something I didn’t know. Wendy was friendly, patient, and eager to help. I definitely recommend visiting her at this location.

My experience yesterday with Amanda at the front desk was great! I questioned an outstanding balance and she was polite, friendly and professional in her response. She took the time to research the matter and it was resolved. She is an asset to your organization and her smile and positive attitude represent you very well! Thanks Amanda!

Earlier yesterday I contacted my Beach Eye Care office to arrange an appointment for my older brother. Tierra took my call and couldn't have been more understanding when I explained the complications and challenges, I was facing regarding the issue of establishing healthcare providers for my brother. What I had anticipated would be a difficult ordeal turned into a pleasant experience and I was able to quickly establish a new patient account and first appointment for my brother. I have been a patient at Beach Eye Care for a number of years and have always had good experiences there.

Wendy was kind and patient with the process of helping me find new glasses that will suit me. She is very funny and we had a nice chat would recommend beach eye care on Holland rd.
