For near to national grid 3 star just because no reason long wait time even no many people waiting in office didn’t call you to in side I don’t know the looks free most tome bit service is very very slow expect if you go by time very bad weather day line rain or really in hot days in afternoon then the take 15 minutes to call you inside doctors is very good and take care of you

This office has become a place to take patient money, not call or return any test or labs results you have done with this office . Their communication skill is zero since the person who runs it has no communication skills of her own Dr. Janet Kim. You can leave message about you care and she never ever return your call. This is a disgrace to our community. Sick people need a caring, communicative person who are there for them early detection save lives isn’t that what the health care provider preaches to people everyday. Get annual check up, Get your Annual Mammogram but after you have done all this . WHAT NEXT”. People of this community be aware of who state they are your primary health care provider. This Christian community center is not to help the poor and sick. Don’t be fool.

If I could rate this place a zero I would. This place is disgusting in every sense. Oh I forgot its ran by a bunch of Christians no pun intended. By the way I'm not religious. The pediatric doctor Dr Lau got angry at me for questioning my children's labs he seemed irritated and even slammed the door upon leaving. He was always afraid to touch my children. Wrong profession buddy. Let me see no professionalism. I was the medical assistants thesaurus as she didn't know how to spell or speak English proficiently. Then they dont ever pick up thier phone but will charge you if you dont cancel 24 hours prior. I dont know who's running this place but they should be shut down! By the way I used to be Christian. It's just that I thought putting Christian in your name meant you would act like what you profess to be. I expected better! Run far away from this place!

I felt so comfortable and able to talk to my provider about all my concerns.yesterday was my first time at that office the staff was really professional and helpful I’m happy I found a place I can get the care that I need

I would give zero stars if I could doctor Tina was extremely rude , condescending and incredibly unprofessional!!!! She had a attitude with me right off the bat, this was my first and last time seeing her. I only needed a note for saying im fit to work with no restrictions and she rudely told me "sciatica does not put you out of work you can pop a couple ibuprofen and you'll be fine like me". Don't go to this clinic if you're not trying to have your day ruined!

Very friendly staff here. They treated my wife very good. Also they helped with heath insurance.

The worst staff ever. The only reason i deal with them and don't change my pcp else where is because the doctors are good. One they made me wait for an hour while my 1year old had a 104 fever. They never pickup the phone to make appointments. Another time they made me travel back and fourth from 1 office to another with a 9m old baby in the snow. Terrible staff, always gossiping, never care for the patience.

This office is terrible with communicating. I called serveral times in the course of one week, left multiple voicemails and no one returned my call. I came in to get an update on a document and they never filled it out or informed me they needed more information although i had called several times looking for updates. Do not go to this office if you have other options.

Are the office hours correct? I have called 5 times today Wednesday between 10:00 and 11:00 and I am greeted with a message stating the office is closed each time. Just tried again at 11:47 and it’s the same thing.

The staffers at the Center are not only Rude, They are also unprofessional and has no moral Ethics. I took my sick child from school with a note from his school nurse indicating how severe the symptom can get if not treated quickly. As a Virus is in the Air. Upon getting to the clinic, not only was i asked to fill out the intake form of which I did. I was then told no service would be rendered to my unwell Child. Because his insurance was not active. Meanwhile I kept telling the staff that I was sure we have an active insurance. After an hour of Dead end plea for someone to attende to my unwell child which proved abortive. I went home, Called my insurance company and they placed a three way call to ask why was I told that we had no insurance .when in fact they had a copy of the card on file. Long story short, it is not the first time that this clinic has had such unprofessional staff who don't know what they go to work for. It is also a big SHAME!!!!!. Never will I return back there with my family for treatment. NO Human Respect for Life.....!
