The first time I came here 5 years ago it was a bad experience. The people at the front desk were incredibly rude and the woman who did my ultrasound was cold and curt. I also waited more than 45 minutes past my appointment time to be seen. I decided to try this spot again. I went in today and the woman who helped me at the front desk was polite and checked me in quickly. I was taken in on time for my appointment. Stephanie did my ultrasound and she was great. She had a pleasant demeanor and got me in and out of there in no time. Overall, good experience. I would return to this location.
5 i went to Bard Avenue location today and had outstanding service. Very professional and staff were exceptionally nice. I had previously left a bad rating based on a past experience however someone reached out to me regarding it and they were fast to rectify it and resolve the situation. EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Amazing experience, fast service, super nice staff. The supervisor of mammo was the best!
It was busy when we came with our son. But the staff is very friendly and takes good care. Love that there is free parking and when we came with the stroller the security opened the door once he saw us coming. The place is clean.
More like Provincial Radiology™, amirite? Your visit is guaranteed to come with grumpy staff and MRIs that take twice as long as in Manhattan or Brooklyn due to decades old equipment. And if you need contrast watch out for the extra clumsy venipuncture from the old lady nurses. But alas sometimes it's convenient to go anyway due to location.
This place is an example of why I hate being a woman and seeing a female doctor. To be seen and brushed off, I don't need to be right but to just brush a pt's pain off and say nothings wrong cause a single test didn't show anything. Which could be wrong as I have implant making it harder to see. I'd never go back to somewhere like this. 0 bedside manner, and while some think it doesn't matter. But Working in healthcare myself, I know well that if I didn't wanna deal with ppl and problems I picked the wrong field to work in.
I’ve been going here for well over 10 years and never had a problem until NYU Langone took over a couple years ago. Constantly over billing as other reviewers mentioned—I literally just received my bill on Thursday today is Monday and they’re harassing me by phone about my unpaid bill! Can I at least get a chance to review my explanation of benefits before I pay? Calling soon to transfer all my records out of here!
Don’t go here and save you time. I was turned away because my Bladder wasn’t full enough the nurse was leaving in 15 mins so therefore she couldn’t take me. I had to cancel all my plans and fasted and drunk water just like I was told. What a waste of time
My first mammogram appointment was okay because the tech was kind. The following appointments were terrible. The tech had a bad attitude and she left me alone in the exam room and talked to me rudely and I had an anxiety attack. The doctor was no better either since she was cold and unfriendly and I told her that I have anxiety and they were very uncaring. When I had a fine needle aspiration procedure the tech was nice and the doctor was nice at first and during the procedure after the procedure the doctor wasn’t kind when I have trouble understanding the instructions due to my learning disability and anxiety. When I got my results, she wasn’t nice at all and I hung up the phone crying. The staff needs to be either compassionate and understanding concerning patients. I would never come back if the attitude doesn’t change
Horrible place… don’t go there The imaging machines are very old. I went there for MRI. Because the machine was very old model, it created very loud knocking noises which was unbearable. The technician didn’t bother to explain to me what will happen & after pressing the button so the table move inside the machine, she literally threw headphones on my ears without even making sure that my ears are well covered & protected one ear wasn’t covered Although the diagnosis was critical, the radiologist didn’t inform my PCP nor even flag my report for critical finding My PMP called 3 times asking to discuss the case with the radiologist but she declined & let the nurse talk to my doctor. The radiologist didn’t even inform me about the finding. Very unprofessional
