Wish I could give negative Stars I've been trying to get a hold of them for months now because my taxes were sent wrong and now I owe money because they did my taxes wrong. I do not recommend this company I recommend everybody stay away from them if you want your taxes done right they will not get back to you even if you leave 50 plus calls and voicemail

I have been going to Ray with Bearcat since I turned 18. He used to be very good at his job, he was kind and jovial and his rates are very low. The second to last time I went to Bearcat, he kept staring at my tattoos, and he started treating me differently. He wouldn’t chat with me anymore or look me in the eyes. I shrugged it off because that’s how some people are in the state when it comes to tattoos. Then the last time I went to Bearcat I showed up for my appointment at 4 pm only to wait 2 hours because they made a mistake and had me for 6pm . Eventually Ray does my taxes and makes a mistake but it’s too late to fix it and I ended up having to pay the state of UT because of his mistake. It wasn’t much thank god but he took no accountability for it. He has become very disorganized over the years, his family/workers are lazy they don't care about their work, they misfile and jack up peoples returns. Ray has since messed up my brothers return, it’s AUG 2022 and my brother still hasn’t received his return. The IRS is holding it because of Bearcat taxes. They won’t return phone calls, they avoid my mother who is trying to help my brother. Ray used to do taxes for my entire family, but not anymore.

So I have gone for at least 4 years and 2022 will be the last. Ray did our taxes in 2019 and we just had an audit and they are not returning my calls and Ray did them wrong and cost us 210.00 to the state and still no response from BearCat. Why am I paying them to do my taxes wrong.

Mr. Ray was very kind and generous. I felt very comfortable and he answered all of my questions. Also, he helped me a lot to understand what is a tax refund.

Very friendly and super professional. I am a young one who is beginning to file taxes and he answered the questions I had. I felt a little out of place being in someone’s home, but I warmed up after a while. I will definitely be coming back next year! Thank you for the great service!

Best place ever always make sure they add everything needed so nothing is left out without an errors. I was first owing money then went here and got money back instead after they refilled for me. I have been going here for 10 years I worked in banking and got many referrals from those who went there. Best place for your taxes!

I will not ever go here again, was told I couldn't claim my fiance and her daughter as a qualifying dependant as we have for the last 5 years because we were not married. He is the reason why I'm starting to hate this state. When your "church" views outweigh the federal laws put into place it's just not right. Should have just kept my appointment with h&r block. And by the way, your Jesus statues in the "livingroom" are just plain unprofessional. Your a tax buisness not a place of worship.
