Beaufort Social Services Department

In my experience being here, they are prompt in getting you seen, so the wait here is not long at all. They are very friendly and I've had to deal with them for years and they have always been compassionate to my needs. They keep to the Hippa Law, which is wonderful. I have never had a problem coming in here. The people at the counter are very informative and sweet, every single one.

It depends on what your needs & services and which departments you will have to communicate with. For some people it is fairly quick an simple visits that actually provide decent help and are beneficial to family's & individuals. As such assistance with food, housing, health insurance even some checks. But then you have the child protective services department also and if you were able to read every single statement from each life that had dealing with this particular county cps department more negative outcomes would you find with most likely the highest rate ever for more claims from both children an parents whom say they received more hurt and pain than help their families. Claim this particular agency has highest records for placing children through the system an placed out of home than any other state an lowest family Réunion's than any other county. So when you need to consider this agency for any help do your homework on them an find the facts.

Never had fast service like theirs before. Staff is a little bitter but with that type of job and frustrated clients what can you expect?.. Nothing at all like the miserable state I transferred from. Much lower benefits and not as much other assistance but i guess thats the price you pay to.leave a HIGH-CRIME area.
