I definitely can sympathize with the workers in the office. Everyone from front desk, all the way up to board members have to deal with difficult situations and a lot of attitude. That does not excuse the extremely poor customer service from this agency. I did not ask you to be there! You filled out an application, interviewed, and show up on a daily basis, for what??? The ratio of effective employees to ineffective is embarrassingly unbalanced! What happened to maintaining the dignity and worth of the person, service, and most importantly COMPETENCE?!

Rude, unprofessional staff. Most of them can not even write a complete sentence and then look at you as if you are beneath them. I was asked for my last name and then transferred to one of the caseworkers. I was told that they weren't the worker and I was then transferred again. I was told the same thing and transferred again. I finally spoke to a worker who told me that the person I needed to talk to was out of the office. Ridiculous.

Quite possibly the most incompetent group of individuals I have ever had the displeasure of being forced to work with. There is no customer service, there is no timely call or email returns. They simply collect the money of the disabled and hold it as long as possible to steal interest from those it truly belongs to. If you ever become disabled, my advice is to move as quickly as possible. If the system allowed zero stars, that's what I would have given.

Called in to report a unsafe driving practice on Marys medical transportation. I pulled over to call in and was put on hold for 10 minutes. Call was never picked up by anyone. Vehicle M10 is to busy using thier phone to use turn signals or worry about cutting people off in traffic, This is unacceptable as you are endangering the people you are transporting as well as other drivers. What is just as bad is this cannot be reported to anyone becayse no one will respond to a call on hold for 10 minutes. Signed Frustrated tax payer.

This is the worst place to get help in Greenville and the sad part of it is the majority are black...those who turn their nose up at their own
