Customer service was terrible, and this was from the person who appeared to be the owner. No greeting, and I stood there in front of him, for about 5 minutes waiting for help while he was messing with his phone, he did not look up once from it until I said can you help me, or should I go look for a person who can? The girls that worked there were nice, so no fault to them. Unfortunately they did not have what I was looking for, and had no answers as to when the item would be back in stock, or offer help with alternative solutions. Not a good exp at all

They always make me feel like they are doing me a favor by letting me shop here. I understand people steal, but you don't have to take it out on every customer.

I purchase a human hair wig from this place and tryed to dye it in its falling apart this place is a lie those wigs that says human they are really not beware don't waste you're money or time an every body there and all those bossy wigs are not human I perm it and its dead hair afterwards has a mad attitude for no reason

First time visitor and I LOVED it! They have a.wide variety of items from nail care, make up, all different type of hair products and supplies. I love that they had lots of different hair.colors and they were actually available. Great price on these gloves.

No greeting. I could have passed out in this store, and the two sales girls wouldn't have stopped their conversation . I will never return to this place. Customers keep a business open!!

This place everyone seems to be treated as if your a thief your watched from the time you come in the door until you leave. Ridiculous! I try to avoid this place for the most part.

Terrible place. Horrible customer service. Returns are only 7 days and they don’t even tell you that when you make a purchase, and there’s no sign saying so. I’ll be contacting my bank for refund.

If I could rate this place zero stars, I would people are very rude and uneducated!! Unprofessional will not be returning to this place ever again disgusted!!!!!
