I had an amazing facial today! Courtney was wonderful and made me feel so comfortable. I would recommend her to anyone. The store was clean and everyone was very helpful. I will definitely stop by the next time I am in town!

I received a coupon for $10 off beauty products and thought what the heck, I'll go in and give this place a shot. The crew that was working was working hard on stocking the shelves with new products. Bobbi dropped what she was doing to help me with my questions. They were all very professional and respectful to my needs and took great care of me. I will definitely be going back to their store.

I was in Beauty Brands today, and I had the best experience ever!! I was greeted with a smile from the assistant manager (I think her name was Bobbi) she welcomed me and asked if I needed any help. I told her what I was there for, and she took me right to the product. She explained it was a great product but I may want to try their new line. After listening to her recommendations I purchased the new line, and it's AMAZING!! Without her help I would have been stuck with the same ol' same ol' but now I feel like a new women!! I will definitely be going back because of her and her helpful smile. Love, Love, Love this store and now Bobbi =)

I received a call from their new esthetician offering 20% off her services (first mistake). I came in today for an eyebrow wax and it felt like it would never end. She took forever doing my brows and kept pinching my skin with the tweezers!! When I looked in the mirror I had blood coming from like 5 spots all over my right eye! I immediately told their manager which to her response said I wouldn't have to pay and gave me a pack of cooling stuff. I told her to tell the esthetician to be careful with my husband's brows (as he was next). She came back and she said that she thought "it didn't look that bad" seriously?!! Needless to say I left the place in tears. If you want good service I BEG you NOT to come here and go somewhere else with properly trained professionals. I should have read the reviews before coming back, never again and will not recommend this place to anyone. 0 stars
