Very clean store and super friendly staff. The prices are very reasonable too!!

Employees are willing to give advice, but their knowledge of hair color is not any better than their customers. Have had to return on several occasions to exchange color products and always get different advice from different employees. Return policy is good however, which is why I continue to try their products.

This store is awful! I will never shop here again. My daughter and I went here for a few specific items. My daughter is 4. She began not feeling so well in the store with complaints of stomach pain. While asking the lady at the register if there was a restroom my daughter began to wine in pain. I asked the lady if there was a restroom. She hesitated with her response of "no." Offering us to go nextdoor to Petsmart. We put our items back and began out the door. My kiddo didn't make it to Petsmart before having a bm (diarrhea) in her shorts. Very disappointed in the lack of compassion of the workers. I will never shop there again.
