Place is welcoming and clean. Everyone is friendly and work quality is good. You can call about any issues there may be and come back in to have it fixed without any problems they will take you anytime.

TLDR: My fingers are bleeding and infected. Do not go here! Long version: I don't normally write reviews, especially negative ones, but I feel like I have to warn people about this place now! It's really unfortunate, because smaller businesses need everyone's help right now. I went in to get my acrylics removed a few weeks ago. I told the nail tech that I only had an hour for lunch I was on my break from work, but that if she had time, I'd love to get some normal polish after she took the acrylic nails off. It seemed to me that because I wanted the extra service and I gave them a time constraint, they rushed taking my nails off so they could get the extra cash from the extra service manicure. To take off my nails, they did the foils soaked in alcohol to remove the acrylics, but every time the tech finished putting on the foils on all fingers, she'd go back to the first finger she put the foil on, and would take it off and check progress, FILE it down with the drill, and put the foil back on. I did think it was strange, but I thought they would know what they were doing so let the tech proceed. After a few times of doing this, I noticed you couldn't really tell what was still acrylic and what was my natural nail. And then I realized the tech couldn't tell either. Because of this, I now still have leftover acrylic on my nail in some places risk of fungus, but also my natural nails have been ground down so much by the file in other places that they keep breaking as they're growing. And there wasn't even any time for the extra service/manicure! I understand there's normal wear on your nailbeds when you have acrylics, but not like this. They break so much and too far down on my nail, so I'm having bloody, infected, painful, swollen fingernails constantly until the nails grow out and get stronger. So this will last a few months. It's honestly both sad that the spa is so desperate for money and enraging that they don't care about their customers or job enough to treat their nails with care. To the point where they're willing to damage a customer's nails for MONTHS for $25 extra bucks for a manicure that I didn't even end up having time for.Services: Nail cut & filing

I received the manicure and pedicure service by a man who was the first time I saw him, it was a disaster, he cut my fingernails before asking me if I wanted him to cut them and with the gel it was horribleService: Gel manicures

I have been coming to Beauty Nails for several years. The place is very clean; the staff wear PPE, instruments are sterilized for each client or disposable, there are single-use liners for the foot spas, etc. Everyone is friendly. I always call ahead to make my appointments with Phan. She is amazing! I usually get a gel pedicure, and occasionally a gel manicure as well. Phan takes her time to make sure my cuticles and nails are PERFECT before applying the color, which I love! My gel lasts so long, I really only come in because my nails grow too long and not because the color chips. My favorite part is the foot/leg massage at the end of a pedicure. I usually bring my own cash to pay. There is an ATM in the salon, but it has a fee. Overall I have brought many friends here over the years and will continue to visit myself! All the nail technicians do a great job. They do beautiful eyelashes, perfect waxing, excellent mani/pedi with nice nail art and everyone is friendly. The salon is always clean.Services: Manicure
