This was my first time going here and I was really disappointed. I wanted a full set of acrylics and I am just overall not happy with how they turned out. They charged $5 extra for coffin shape, and $5 extra for a longer length. Overall the shape of my nails is very inconsistent. They’re also incredibly thick and lumpy on the underside of the nail. The nail is also very curved when looking at it from the side. My tech also cut the cuticle with the drill on both thumbs and they’ve been irritated and painful since. Also, less than a week after I got them done one nail broke and another cracked. I tried to explain to the tech what I wanted, but she just was not taking the proper time. I also reached out via email to let them know, about the cracks and cuts but received no response back which is why I’m reviewing here. I’m pretty bummed out.
This is my first time coming here, based on the reviews I gave it a go and I'm beyond happy. I had my acrylic taken off and gel manicure done and they did amazing. Cindy did my eyebrows and lip as well and I'm so happy! I've struggled with having my eyebrows done well due to my fine hair there not easy to maintain and she did a perfect job. Fast and low prices especially for the job that was done! Will definitely be coming back! Thank you Cindy's nail salon!Services: Gel manicures
Cindy's Salon is by far the best salon I've ever been to. I tried all types of services they provide, from manicure, SPA pedicure, massage, etc. Just amazing! Cindy, the owner, is awesome, the staff is super professional, efficient and friendly. There is never a wait, the place is clean and neat, which is really important. I recommend Cindy's Nails to all my friends. If you are going somewhere else, there is a high chance you are just wasting your money.Services: Hand & foot massages
This place is the best! The staff is very kind and I want to thank Tina who did my nails. She was very kind and my nails came out exactly the way I wanted them! Which never happens at other nail salons. It’s very close to the airport station it’s just very convenient. Ah! Forgot to mention they give us bottles of water :
Everyone is so nice! They provide you with the best customer service & best quality service as well. My mom & I have been going there for a few months & have been very happy each time we get our nails done. They take their time with each client & execute each style well.Services: Gel manicures
Yesterday was my fist time in Cindy nails but I loved they do a really good job they are very nice and kind, Cindy did my eyebrows omg I loved this gonna be my favorite place, Thank you Cindy and staff for the really good job that you guys are doing
Love Cindy’s! The owner and all of the employees are so talented and efficient. Great collection of dip powders too.Services: Gel manicures
I never leave a bad review but this was just awful. I will never come back here. I had an acrylic set on and needed a new set. The tech kept saying to get dip so I listened to her recommendation despite hating the dip takeoff process. She proceeded to take off my acrylics agressively& painfully using the drill all the way down to my finger even though it was scratching up my cuticles. My nails had grown so long and she cut them down so short. I knew I wanted white chrome and asked ahead of time how much and she said $55. After a very stressful and painful manicure she charged me $70 I gave her $100 bill and she gave me $20 back. As a former bartender, I ALWAYS leave 20% even if I am unhappy with service because I always figure it did not take them any less time and at least they tried. Not this experience. It was so unwelcoming and painful. I should not leave the salon in pain. I was so insulted by how much money she took from me I couldn't even take myself to offer her more than what she took.Service: Dip powder
They’re okay. Took me without an appointment, took 1.5 hours but the quality could be better. My nails came out really lumpy, the coffin style was crookedno that’s not my nail shape. Really thick acrylics on some nails and really thin on others. I’d give 2 stars because of all this, but the nail tech was friendly.
I have been going to Cindy's for a while and normally enjoy my experience. However my last trip was terrible. The man who did my nails rushed the whole thing. He didnt completely remove my precious manicure before putting on my new one and you can still see the dark polish showing through. He barely shaped or groomed my nails at all and I left with a bumpy finish and messy edges. By the time he gave me a chance to say anything it was too late. To make matters worse, 3 separate nails all cracked or chipped literally the next day. Easily the worst gel/dip powder manicure I have ever gotten. General things to keep in mind: An appointment means nothing, you'll still wait for a while when you arrive. They dont use freshly sterlized tools for the next customer. They always push gel/dip so you'll need to stand your ground if your not interested. Typically quality is pretty pretty high overall but known that not all nail techs are created equal.
