Sabrina Was extremely rude. I was told that hair was a certain price from a price check over the radio from another agent. Sabrina insisted that I was trying to request a price rather than get the price that I was promised. When the manager came Carlos he completely went against what I was promised from three other agents and made it seem as if I was requesting a price. I frequent the store so often and are REALLY SHOCKED I felt so embarrassed and so disrespected! I literally spend hundreds of dollars a month in this store! I refer all of my clients as well... and even though I know it doesn’t matter, I will make sure it’s a clear understanding. ;)

If you get several items from here take note of where it's located. There is No organization to the aisles and they don't have anything at the end of the aisle to help direct you on your search. I usually have to go down aisles multiple time to find what I need. if you need help good luck finding any staff on the floor. You have to hunt them down or head to the register staff to get help. Overall the store carries a good variety of hair care products and some make-up.

Well the staff is nice and very professional. Never had an unsettled moment. They have great attitudes and fantastic personalities.. God bless them and their hearts. For making me and others customers happy and satisfied..

They have a large variety of products. A good selection of hair for braids and weaves. Several aisles of tools, blow dryers, hood dryers, curling irons, barber supplies, clippers, combs, and shears. My go to spot for cosmetology supplies.

Always have what I usually use in hair. Excellent in variety. Store clean. Could use more help. Is my "go to" store for hair products and accessories.
