The woman that helped me with selecting the right hair and length was fabulous!; She even found me a matching package of hair exactly like the one I was about to purchase but it was $29.99 compared to $91!!! She was great! The gentleman that was at the register was incompetent, and it took 20 minutes to check out!

This store has just about everything your looking for! What i dont get is none of the employees or managers seem to know what day does shipping come in. And im a regular customer its very frustrating not to know! Other then that the staff is welcoming and helpful.

I don't normally reply, but this may have been one of my worse experience. A sales attendent, a young Ethiopian girl I think, was asked a simple location question first by her, then me. Her answer, I have no idea and stalked off, and behind the counter was no better. This will be my last visit. Plenty of competition around there.

Very friendly staff. Great hours, still open when neighboring stores have already closed. Great selection of hair, wigs and products. My only suggestion: it's too dark in there. Could use more lights.

Didn't even want to give this 1 star. I went because it's so close by and they have pretty much everything you could need to do your hair. Great if you know what you need and know where to find it. Staff is rude and unprofessional, the young Asian girl assisting me completely ignored my questions and walked away mid sentence. the store is disorganized when it comes to the hair options and there isnt anyone available nearby to assist you, I had to walk throughout the store to find assistance. I'll go somewhere else from now on.
