Went into the store tonight looking for an eyeliner with a tip that looks like a marker. First, the salesperson insisted on showing me eyebrow pencils that were thin. When I made it clear that I was looking for eyeliner, she walked me to the section and told me that they don't carry what I was looking for. As she was speaking, I pointed out the exact item I was looking for which she said they don't have. Without apologizing for her mistake, she asked it I needed anything else. Very rude. I will not spend my money in a place that thinks so little of me as a customer!

I love ULTA! Only downside is not all ULTA have a brow bar and none of them do samples like Sephora. I can't bring myself to buy $85 moisturizer without taking home sample to try , first. Staff is always helpful and nice.

Felicia is the worst!!! I went in to get help finding make up and when telling her what I needed she rudely ignored me to help someone else. I guess it's because I maybe didn't appear to be as wealthy as the couple but that's not an excuse. I go there every other Friday and spend my hard earned money and feel that I should be treated the same as any other customer. Because of this I will be taking my business else where. I hope others aren't treated that way.

THIS ULTA HORRIBLE. i’ve never been treated so poorly, i work in retail and i know what the requirement for MINIMUM costumer service are. and let me tell you snatching the product from a costumer hands isnt it. Just go to Sephora or Mac, i’ve had wayyy better experience there, which you’d think it’d be the other way around. i didn’t get the girls name but she’s blonde, has a really bad attitude, and very white girl snobby. i’ve been to this location before with my mother and they treated us poorly then. This ulta has lost 2 lifetime costumers.

wasn’t many people in here but my customer service was top notch regardless. help me found my product and suggested further product when I asked for it. her opinion was trusted because she seemed to have a lot of project knowledge.
