They don't fallow your instructions of how do you want your haircut. Doesn't take take credit cards payments. It's a cash only business.

First off they don’t greet you at all. When you walk in all they do is stare. I was the only one sitting down and there were three girls that were just sitting on their phones not even trying to help me until one of the ladies that was cutting someone else’s hair told one of them to help me. As this lady was cutting my hair she just kept repeating to me that I had too much hair and I had it so long. She kept tugging my hair like I was some doll. Anyway she finished, didn’t even ask if I wanted her to dry and style it. Mind you I only got a little trim at the ends not even an inch was cut off and she charges me $20! When their women’s hair cuts are $15!? I ask her for the receipt and she tells me she “couldn’t” give me one because I didn’t pay with a credit card? I ended up just paying because I didn’t want to make a scene. But I called later and asked why I got charged so much and they couldn’t answer me and just hung up on me. And I was supposedly speaking to the the “manager”. Worst service I’ve ever gotten. Rude people all around. Never coming back here and making sure everyone I referred to this place never goes back there again.

Very good haircuts at very good price

The cut is decent the ladies there are nice, but one day I came in I was literally the first one in the door and I got skipped 3 times. One lady with 3 kids came in and first the kids got a cut and then the mom walked over for her turn later didn't even bother writing herself down and the workers there never asked me anything. Never had that happen before they won't be getting no more tips, might just be the last time I go there. I wouldn't recommend it unless you want to so sit there and wait for a decent cut nothing top notch. It's always one mom with 3 kids all waiting for a haircut.
