We used Mary Ann Nicholas at Beaverhead Home & Ranch to represent us in looking for a home in Dillon. She showed us a number of properties and then helped us contract and close on a beautiful home, advising us on price and contract terms. The entire process of bid to closing went flawlessly without a hitch thanks to her. s5/25/2018 So far it has been a terrible experience with Beaverhead Home and Ranch. I hope that it gets better but so far this entire experience has been one to forget. I used to think that the buyer had a representative; not with this company.... BUYERS BEWARE!!! I have lost quite a bit of money with Beaverhead Home and Ranch but continue with them, for now..... Will follow up soon; expectations extremely low...

They are more than fair and work hard for all parties to get a fair deal worked through! They are a SIX STAR outfit! Chance & Wendy were the star team to sell our home. They were timely in responding to emails and text messages. Chance had sound advice stemming from around a decade of knowledge & experience in the real estate trenches. Beaverhead Home & Ranch is THE place for home buyers and sellers. A local title company made the statement that it was obvious to her who moved the most real estate in Dillon. I would definitely use them again.
