The Home Depot

I like Home Depot's stock and prices. They have an excellent garden center, and nice employees. My problem with Home Depot is that I can never shop there without pallets and huge boxes of product littering most of the store and blocking shopping. It doesn't matter what day or time I go, it's like they always just got a week's worth of stuff in. I don't know if it's just a local problem or nationwide, but they really need to do their stocking at night like most other stores, not during shopping hours. The ability to access the aisles and the ability to shop in the store is very important, and is so hampered by products, boxes, ladders, and carts that it is not worth the frustration and extra time to shop at Home Depot. I'll take my business to another store where I can actually get to products and through the aisles.

Really happy with Home Depot service. Ordered a shelf and brackets online, and when I picked it up the employee noticed that if I was hanging them up, I would need more brackets. She showed me where I could find more. Excellent service from her! Only downside to this store is the lack of help on the main sales floor. It's pretty hard to track down an employee, even harder to track one down that specializes in an area.

I absolutely love this location. I travel for work and visit in every city. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Look for Jeremy Brooks, wonderful employee to meet. All the other employees are very customer service oriented and seem well educated on product.

Had a poor experience with clueless associates and variable pricing at Lowe's so we drove across the street to Home Depot. The staff were more knowledgeable and quoted us half of what Lowe's did.
