Beckley's Camping Center

One afternoon, approximately 2 years ago, my wife and I were extremely fortunate when we first met Justin at Beckley’s Camping Center. We were in the Thurmont area and just walking into Beckley’s Camping Center when we first started researching travel trailer or toy hauler. Being new to the RV industry, Justin guided us with his extensive experience, knowledge and professionalism. Even after the Beckley’s location had closed for the day, Justin kept helping us because we had so many questions. Since we first met Justin, we continued to research and visit other dealers and private sellers in the Maryland and the Pennsylvania area since we were undecided on what would work best for us and our family. Most experiences were sales people only wanting to make a quick sale. Justin is not a sales person, but a person who focused on understanding what we were looking for and offering those options. Justin genuinely is an advisor, and cares that we make the best educated decision for our needs. Because of this, Justin created a life long customer. We are proud to say, we purchased our first travel trailer from Justin and cant say enough about the great experience and honesty. We plan on having some very memorable experiences with this travel trailer and also buying our next RV from Justin in a few years when we want to upgrade. I was searching to purchase a pop up camper to use at my in-laws log cabin. I had research long and hard and found that Beckley’s RV was actually one of the best options within 100 miles or so. I had researched online ahead of time so I knew how much money I wanted to spend work and the components that I wanted. My sales person was Gary W. He was absolutely amazing and a perfect fit for me.He helped me research what options were Available on the lot,so I could look-see, feel and touch. I never felt that he was hovering too much or that he was pushing me towards the more expensive options. He really work with what was most important to me. We made a solid purchase and I will be back because of the excellent service that I received from Gary W.

My wife and I are avid campers and we finally decided to purchase a new travel trailer. After some research we decided to check out Beckley’s. It turned out to be a great experience! Paul Chamberlain, Jr (the Air Force Guy!) was our salesman. Took the time to find us the right camper that fit our needs and budget. He wanted to make sure that we just didn’t settle, that we would get the one. Everything worked out great! We ended up with a 2018 Freedom Express. When we went back to pick it up, Paul led us through a very thorough and entertaining walk through. The maintenance guys got my truck all set up to pull the new camper properly. Everyone was great!! Definitely recommend Beckley’s.....

We highly recommend Beckley's Camping Center! We have just had a great buying experience and what is shaping up to be a great subsequent customer service / repair experience (our fault, not theirs). Every person we came into contact with during our buying experience was friendly, polite, knowledgeable and eager to provide AMAZING customer service! Even though we are a few hours away, we are excited to become life-long customers of this great dealership! We have to give special recognition to the our salesperson, Justin! He has gone above and beyond for us and is a testament to the fact that there are still energetic, motivated, smart, and hardworking young men showing up out there. Keep up the hard work, Justin! Not only did you have our camper for 2 months, KNOWING we needed it for a trip scheduled for June 1st, and didn't have it ready till MAY 31st....but you never called to update us on anything!!! Every time we called you just kept saying it's not ready. You never called to inform us of what needed done for the inspection. Where the A/C unit was installed, there is yellow glue all over the ceiling and all over the walls inside the cabinet. Where you drilled inside the cabinet, there is wood shavings ALL OVER my towels and linens!!! AND...when we got home, the A/C cover was laying on the floor in 3 pieces!!! ALL OF THIS FOR $3000.00!!!!! Not to mention...the 2 things we wanted fixed...(slide-out awning & slide-out alignment) WERE NEVER DONE!!! ***CAMPERS...STAY AWAY FROM BECKLEY'S***
