No pressure . Mike helped us in the right direction on our 3 month quest in a travel trailer. Showed us the area we should be looking. Took time to answer all questions. We were lucky today because a Coachman rep was on site. Physically showed how structurally sound Apex was!!! Price perfect !! 5 stars without a shadow of a doubt !!! We will be a lifetime customer!

This is not a good place to buy your RV, please do not buy anything from here. I purchased a fifth wheel from here and we were told it was new when in fact it had been on there lot for thirteen months and was used as an office/demo model. Once we found how many problems this trailer in the first week had we called them and asked for a new RV and they said that they would repair all 17 problems with it from loose slide outs to hot water heater,, cabin lights out, side flood lamps, molding falling off and the recliners both broken. One of these recliners had one of its legs twisted and pushed back under with all the cloth material in the front unraveled. The purchase began with us looking at what was actually a new trailer just brought on the lot a few days before our visit and this was the one we had financed for only to be called the following day to be told that it already had a deposit placed on it. So we were told that they had another trailer the same model with a different color scheme. So we took a walk through and it all seemed okay but wow after we got it home we sure found out we had been taken for a ride. We called the bank and they launched an investigation into financing of course they found no fraud as the financing was correct, but the idea of fraud was in the bait and switch of the two trailers. So to confirm our suspicions we called Forest River the manufacturer and confirmed there purchase date of this trailer and that they were already aware of its problems, so all we can do now is to legal action and this is our direction. Once again please do not purchase any thing from this place.

Thank you Keystone for everything! The process from start to finish was very professional and down to earth. We were going to wait till spring to purchase when JR made us a good deal to purchase in November. I just confirmed that today while visiting an RV show. The same model and year was SHOW SPECIAL at $6,000 more than what we paid! Service after the sale has been fantastic too! Keep up the good work to the people we refer to you!!

Nice place. Good prices. Not crowded. But good luck if you just want to look around by yourself to get some ideas as to what you personally would like without the extra push. Didnt comprehend much at the end when we were in the sales trailer. We couldn't find the one we looked at in the brochure we were given. We will go back again.
