Bedazzled Salon and Day Spa

First, everyone at this salon was very nice. Brittany, my stylist, was up front with me about her experience with extensions. I was okay with her learning on me; however, the price that was suggested $150 was the same that I paid my previous, very experienced, stylist that sadly moved away. It took Brittany some extra time to take my extensions out, I helped by taking the adhesive off my extensions while she was working on the adhesive still in the my hair. The adhesive remover would have helped, but she was not aware of this product. I gave Brittany a normal $30 tip because I was happy with her honesty and I would hate for her to tell someone she could do something she couldn't, so please keep being honest. The girl behind counter was nice and advised me because Brittany spent extra time on my hair it was an extra $50. What I am not happy about is I spent $250 for her to learn. After getting home I find I cannot wear my hair in pony without the extensions showing or even down without them showing. If she had the adhesive remover I would just ask her to move them, but she doesn't. I understand there is a learning curve, but I was not expecting to pay that much, if anything it should have been discounted or even with complementary product. I do not know whose decision it was to charge me $200 for a 3 hour learning session, but I don't believe it was Brittany's. I did just get a call crediting me $25 on my next appointment. Know you will get honesty when you go to Brittany, but you will pay full price and you will have to take time to have it fixed. I am sure Brittany will fix my hair to exactly how I want it, but I have a feeling I will have to pay for it as well.

I have been coming for a few months getting my eyebrows threaded which Shanti does an amazing job with and I got my first facial last night. I was literally in heaven, it was soooo relaxing and my skin feels great :)

I really enjoyed my time at bedazzled! I love the outcome of my hair. Brittany did such an amazing job! I definitely recommend her and bedazzled

We came for my daughter's wedding to get a full make up service. The service and experience is out of this world! Very professional and friendly!
