Located at 10th and Broadway, this establishment was the center of activity for several textile and garment manufacturers in the 1920s. During that era, the Kansas City Garment District employed 4,000 workers and was second in size only to New York City's Garment District. One in every seven women in the nation wore clothes manufactured in Kansas City at that time.
Today, the 7 floors of this historic building are used for various event and entertainment ventures. We have a prime location on the first floor at ground level that is easily accessible in Quality Hill.
