Alex did a fantastic job of troubleshooting some issues with our geothermal heat pump. Very thorough, very knowledgeable. I will be requesting him specifically for future service/maintenance work. However, I’m not as impressed with the back office for Bell Brothers. I had to call the office at least six times just to get an order confirmation and delivery status for a new control board for my heat pump. Then, they repaired a refrigerant leak in the same heat pump, charging me nearly $300 for a new refrigerant chargeunderstandable, but then came back a couple of weeks later and tell me that they didn’t fully repair the leak the first time so they had to finish repairing it this time, plus an additional Freon recharge to the tune of over $500 very annoying. Not sure why I have to pay for the Extra refrigerant needed Because they didn’t fix the issue the first time. So, overall I’ll give Alex 5 stars and the rest of the company 2 stars.Services: HVAC system maintenance
