I tried to place an appointment for washing machine repair. Phone center spent majority of the time trying to sell me warranties and other products I didn't request.

It took me over 6 weeks to get my fridge fixed. I made an appointment for the fridge repair and they said it would be two weeks before they could show up. On the afternoon of the day the repairman was supposed to show, the repairman called me and said he would not make it. I said I needed to schedule another date by 'going to the end of the line'. I rescheduled and was told it would be two weeks before the repairs man could arrive. Two weeks later the repairman showed up, diagnosed the problem and said it would be two more weeks before he would have the parts and be able to fix the fridge. In total it took six weeks to get my fridge fixed. Right now the fridge is supposed to be at 37 degrees. After being gone for two days and opening the fridge the thermometer read 44 degrees. It looks like they did not get if fixed and I will need to schedule .another appointment. If I could rate lower than one star i would.
