I tried this place out today and called ahead to see how much a regular haircut with layers was. I was told $45. Went in and had my hair cut by Rebecca and when I checked out she charged me $65 because she used a special technique. Im sorry, but plain scissors and two wrist flicks should not be 20 dollars more. The hair cut was decent nothing special but good. I just wish she was had informed me that her special hands would cost me more than the normal hair cut price. Not going back because I feel lied to and ripped off.
