Brian at the lumber counter went above and beyond to help find the best material to use on my project. The whole staff is very friendly and helpful. Great experience, convenient and less money than both big box stores

As a woman who does a lot of diy, employees are very pleasant, knowledgeable, and willing to help me. They are very well-stocked. Customer service and info you sure won't get at Home Depot!

I have been shopping at Belletete's since retiring in 1995 for many many items including substantial home improvement materials and feel very well served. For example, I had a problem with an expensive Andersen screen combo storm door I found difficult to switch seasonally and they came out for several seasons to do it for me and gave me a substantial credit when a better designed combo door became available.

I was in last weekend ,I needed to ask some questions on the metal roofing for my barn that I plan on doing the end of the month , the guy working in the lumber whom I have seen there several times was short with me and didn't really give me much information without prying it from him ,he really wasn't much help, then all of a sudden the phone rang and he raced to answer it ,at the same time a co-worker arrived and the helpless man said to him they need help , I am glad it happened cause I felt more comfortable with the other co-worker whose name I saw on his shirt which was Aaron ,he was very helpful and offered the assistance I needed without prying it out of him , I think the other guy may need to retire he's more concerned in answering the phone than helping someone in front of him ,didn't get his name but he is tall, thin, and wears glasses , I hope a manager will speak to him about his demeanor, how he treats people is not cool ,I am purchasing the metal roofing but I am going to the Jaffery store so I don't get him again
