This is the best Cartier Boutique I have ever been to. I bought my wife a watch and I am here today buying one for myself. David is the best and he will go above and beyond to help out his clients even cutting his lunch short. I highly recommend this Cartier Boutique is anyone if looking for a watch.
There are many places in Las Vegas to purchase luxury watches, but my family keeps returning to Bellusso. Reed Murray at Vacheron is super friendly and he passionate about watches. He has great patience with our teenage son who is becoming a watch enthusiast. We are always given the red carpet treatment. Our overall expediences have been incredible and the reason for our repeat business.
David definitely adds the personal touch to his work. Extremely knowledgeable of the brand and extremely cultured. Definitely loving my medium Santos de Cartier watch.
Incredible experience working with Julia, where she and the other store managers treat you like a VIP. You not only get the red carpet rolled out for you, but they also have a great selection of timepieces, will ship overnight if you are out of town, and if anything isn't perfect they fix it immediately without any hassle. Our first time here! Jane and Yvette were just awesome. So helpful and knowledgeable. We had two kids and they were both so kind and considerate to them. Would definitely recommend and would be buying more and recommending friends and family.
My husband and I purchased 2 Cartier watches here a few years ago. The personal service is so exceptional at this store, we purchased 2 more Cartier watches for our 10 year anniversary. They went over and above giving us extra accessories for our watches and served us champagne and gourmet chocolates while they completed the sale. We will be sure to continue to return to this store for many years to come.

More importantly she cares about pre and post delivery client communications and provide timely updates on the time piece that I purchased.
