I purchased this watch in the store on June 01. They only had 1 left in store and it was all scratched. I asked if I could order one and have it shipped. I still did not receive my watch on June 13th. I called the store and spoke to the manager Cindy. They said they didn't have my address so that was what is taking so long. I gave my address again and got my watch today. It is the same scratched up watch!! I called the store and she said it was a brand new watch with the cover over the face. It does not have a cover and it is completely scratched. She said I would have to ship it back. I own over 100 swatch watches and have never had an issue. Lesson learned I should have just ordered it online myself.
Worst swatch store I have ever experienced. I have been to 3 other locations, all with great service, but this one was a clear outlier. They gave me incorrect information over the phone about having a watch band in stock, leading me to drive 400 miles to the nearest store for nothing. Then, at the store, they impatiently treated customers like an inconvenience. Shut this location down.
Enjoyed my visit in this store, Lauren and Alex are friendly and polite in serving us well when we happened to pass by this store to take a look at the MoonSwatch. And they were patience and recommended us the different availability of the watches that suits us best.
I wanted to take a moment to appreciate the awesome customer service provided by, The staff at fashion show mall location. The dedication and professionalism were truly outstanding, and they went above and beyond to ensure that my experience as well as my kids experience was nothing short of amazing. They interacted the whole time with myself and kids.
I have been looking for a very particular watch collab with swatch for my husband for our anniversary. I spent the morning calling around a few places and when I got to this store I had the displeasure of talking to a man named Eli who was clearly annoyed by me asking if he would be able to check inventory at any other stores as he said they were out of stock. He literally sighed on the phone just with the question. Where is the customer experience / service???? A simple no, explanation that the systems are not aligned would be better. But Thanks anyway Eli for the poor experience, will never be shopping at this store. I would recommend the outlet mall or New York New York!

I don't gamble when I visit Vegas, I shop. Ended up at the mall and needed a watch, so I stopped in Swatch. The store was really clean, bright and I was helped right away. I tried on a few watches and left with one I really like. Thanks!

I'd like to share my great experience on this Swatch store when I had my vacation in Las Vegas. I'll start with ALLISON I bought 3 Swatch watches from her Destination Watches dated September 24, 2023 and she gave me a Swatch freebie and she also change the batteries of my other Swatch watches, she's such a nice, accommodating and sweet lady. The next is COTA I also bought 2 Destination Swatch from him purchase dated September 28, 2023 he's accommodating as well. The last order was from SYDNEY over the phone where I ordered another Swatch from their store order dated November 14, 2023 she shipped the item the next day, she's very responsive with all my questions. Thank you so much to all of you for an excellent Customer Service. I'm coming back soon.
While visiting Vegas, I stopped in the Swatch store in the Fashion Mall. The store looked cool and I received the most amazing customer service from the staff. Shout out to Swatch!
