Absolutely impeccable customer service. Aspen helped my Girlfriend and I with finding jewelry for other people for a wedding that's coming up. She was extremely attentive, professional and helpful. She showed us dozens of products and options for jewelry, and was just a real pleasure to be around. Me not knowing anything about this kind of stuff felt like I was in the best possible hands here. There were free mimosas on a Sunday morning and a frozen banana pop bar. Win. A+++
