I must say we have been going to ECCO shoes for decades. The ECCO store at the Fashion Show Mall is not pleasant. They have no interest in helping or even being asked for shoes to try on. I'm very disappointed. I know we all have off days, but it is not fair to the customer that would like to purchase something. We ended up placing our orders online.

Great service from Irvin I believe. Needed dress shoes fast. He found some my size and in budget. In and out in 10 min. Even found laces I needed. Excellent.
